WalterMart approached us with a challenge: they needed a new website that properly represented their brand and was easy to use for their customers. As one of the leading shopping malls in the Philippines, WalterMart is known for its vibrant and colorful visual identity, and they wanted their website to reflect that. The main challenge we faced with WalterMart was designing and developing a website that accurately represented their brand and was easy to use for their customers. Their previous website was outdated and difficult to navigate, leading to frustration for their customers and missed opportunities for the business.
To address WalterMart's challenges, we began by gaining a deep understanding of their brand and target audience. We studied their visual identity and identified key elements that would help the website stand out and accurately represent the brand. We then created a user journey, mapping out the most important things a shopper would look for when visiting the website, and developed a user flow and experience that was easy to navigate.
The end result was a visually stunning and easy-to-use website that properly represented the WalterMart brand. The new website had a modern design that was well-received by customers, leading to an increase in online traffic and sales for the business. Customers were able to easily find what they were looking for, leading to a more positive shopping experience overall.
